Every Canadian benefits from the WEALTH BENEATH OUR FEET and across our land.

From the energy that HEATS our homes to the lumber that BUILDS them, Canada's NATURAL RESOURCES make life MORE AFFORDABLE for Canadians.

Our hydroelectric power gives provinces like Quebec, Manitoba, and B.C. some of the LOWEST ELECTRICITY RATES in North America.

Our oil and gas generated more than $34 BILLION in INCOME TAXES & ROYALTIES for Canadian governments in 2023 alone, funds that help pay for our HEALTHCARE, SCHOOLS, and INFRASTRUCTURE.

Our mines produce the world's largest supply of POTASH, mostly used to make fertilizer, helping grow abundant crops that keep the shelves STOCKED at the local grocery store.

Our agriculture and agri-food supports 2.3 MILLION JOBS nationwide, or 1 IN 9 JOBS across the country, putting FOOD ON THE TABLE for millions of CANADIAN FAMILIES.

Our forests supply the LUMBER that builds CANADIAN HOMES and the PULP & PAPER products we use daily.

But this prosperity is NOT GUARANTEED.

Canada must BUILD the pipelines, power plants, ports, railways, and roads needed to get our resources to GLOBAL MARKETS.

We must cut the  RED TAPE that has delayed MAJOR PROJECTS for over a decade. Because when we develop our resources, EVERY CANADIAN BENEFITS, generating critical revenues to pay for the SOCIAL PROGRAMS that underpin our QUALITY OF LIFE.

Our resource sectors generate immense PUBLIC FUNDS — taxes that would otherwise have to be paid by CANADIANS.

Natural resources don't just DRIVE OUR ECONOMY, they help PAY THE BILL for Canadian families.
